Pot Holder

My latest project as part of my kitchen re-fresh is a Kitchen Aid inspired Pot Holder.

I love the Ice Kitchen Aid my family bought for me a couple of years ago - the hardest part was deciding what colour to choose! I found the perfect aqua polka dot fabric to use in the raw edge appliqué.

I think it could be one of my all time favourite projects - it puts a smile on my face when I spot it in the kitchen.

I think perhaps it could be almost too good to use! (especially for a messy cook like me....)

I am currently working on a pattern for three stylish pot holders. Stay tuned - the Kitchen Aid Pot Holder with appliqué templates will definitely be included.

The Chalkboard spice jar and latte bowls are from Anthropologie.
