Loyalty Card Wallet

Long time readers of our blog may remember one of our earlier tutorials, to make a Scrappy Loyalty Card Wallet (originally blogged here). I have had my loyalty card wallet in use since 2009 and it is now showing signs of wear so it was time for an update.

I teamed scraps from the yellow colourway from the Picnics and Fairgrounds collection by DS Quilts with some linen.

And finished it off with a vintage style button.

The wallet is sized to fit up to 16 loyalty cards. Much nicer than my original wallet:)

You can find the pdf of the tutorial here

I'm still using the one you sent me as a thank you gift for hosting the tea swap. You used Amy Butler Midwest Modern and I love this handy loyalty card wallet. Love your new version.

Thanks for this. I need to make a new wallet for my daughter! I can use the leftover fabrics from the purse I am making! It's perfect - won't she be surprised.

That is a true testament to your wallet, that it lasted for several years. Such a cool little project!

Cute, but I am unable to download the tutorial. I have a Facebook account, allow SCRIBD to access it and still I get an error message that says it is unavailable.

Love this idea! I can't handle all those cards in my wallet. Now to just figure out how to thread a sewing machine....

It looks great! I love the fabrics you used. I think I need to make myself one of these.

Love those fabrics. These days, I think I have more loyalty cards than cash in my wallet.

Very cute, much nicer than the tea wallet I've been spruking! Adding it to my pinterest board for sewing small things.
