Seeing Spots

I have been meaning to make a camera strap for a while now, and it was a quick and satisfying project. Everything looks good with Amy's Lotus Full Moon Spots. I used a tutorial I found at Ikat Bag and bought my strap hardware here. My Mum gave me some black leather from her stash.

Sarah has put in an order for a strap for her video camera - in red and white polka dots!

I added to my collection of polka dot fabrics this week with these lovely Kaffe Fassett Spots.

Spots are super cheerful, don't you think?

Great strap! I think we have been shopping at the same spot - I have bought all of those recently too.

I think I might have to make a camera strap - it's fab! My favourite spots are Full Moon, in lime green if I had to pick a colour.

I love spots too - but then yesterday my sweetie was telling me tat they are not very manly. Hmm. I guess I never really did think of that ;D

What a fantastic strap you've made, and the spotty fabrics look delicious (& which TT shop had the green spots on white?).

Love the strap and the dots! I like the way you finished off the ends with a solid dark colour, it really sets it off. It is very neat looking too. Well done. Kind regards, Anita.

I loooovvvveeee all those spots! And you're so brave -- you actually built your strap with the hardware. I took the lazy way out and just re-used an old strap. Your strap is adorable. I'd like to make a few straps for Christmas, but it's getting late!
